Shipping & Returns
How long orders take, where we send them, and what happens if something is not right.
Processing time
We pack and post orders within 1–3 business days. You will get an email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Australia
Delivery is calculated at checkout using live Australia Post rates, so you see the real cost before you pay. Standard and Express options are available where Australia Post offers them.
International
We ship to many countries worldwide, with delivery calculated at checkout. A small number of destinations are not currently serviceable by Australia Post for a parcel of this size — if yours is one of them, we will tell you before you pay and you can join the waitlist for that country.
Delivery estimates come from Australia Post and are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing can add time that is outside our control.
Import duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees on arrival, payable by you. These are not included in the price you pay us and are outside our control. Charges vary by country and are set by that country’s customs authority.
If something is wrong with your book
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or is not as described, please get in touch and we will make it right. Depending on the problem you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and where the failure is major, the choice is yours.
We cover the cost of returning a faulty item, and we do not charge restocking or handling fees on these returns. You do not need the original packaging.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Contact us about an orderIf you changed your mind
Change-of-mind returns are not something we are required to offer, but we would rather you had books your family will love. If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days and we will accept a return of an unopened, undamaged bundle. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund the price of the books once the return arrives.
This is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law described above.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for an unusually long time, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with Australia Post. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.
